WHAT TO EXPECT

Initial Consult

We take the time to understand your health history, movement patterns, and the root cause of your concerns, not just where it hurts.

During your first visit, we will:

Take a detailed health history
Perform a comprehensive spinal assessment
Conduct functional manual muscle testing
Assess your posture and movement
Review neurological and nerve function
Perform orthopaedic testing

This information helps us understand how your body is functioning and what may be contributing to your symptoms.

If clinically appropriate, we may refer you for bulk-billed spinal imaging (such as X-rays) to further guide your care.

Treatment is usually provided at your first visit. In some cases, further investigation may be needed to ensure care is safe and appropriate.

Follow-Up Visits & Ongoing Care

Once we understand what your body needs, your ongoing visits are focused, efficient, and goal-driven.

Our care is tailored to support recovery, improve how your body moves and functions, and enhance nervous system regulation—so you can better manage the physical demands and everyday stressors of work, exercise, and family life.

Depending on your needs, visits may include:

Spinal adjustments
Soft tissue techniques
Extremity adjustments (shoulders, hips, knees, wrists, ankles)
Dry needling, cupping, or IASTM
Individualised rehabilitation programs
Postural and ergonomic guidance
Nutrition and supplement support

Each session is designed to support your body’s ability to move well, recover efficiently, and perform at its best.
